Large demonstration “We are the firewall”

After weeks of mass protests against right-wing extremism, we still stand together. We are the firewall. It depends on each and every one of us. As a democratic majority, we must defend and help shape our democracy together. 

In times when the extreme right is gaining strength and attacking our democracy, it is important that the firewall against the right remains clearly maintained. We demand this from all parties across the democratic spectrum, because one thing is clear: responding to a shift to the right with a shift to the right is not a solution!

That's why we're going on February 25th. on the streets all over Germany. And of course we will also be there in Dresden. Let's show that Dresden doesn't stand for Nazis and Pegida - because we are Dresden and we are colorful! There are only 100 days left until the local elections. The time to act is now, because with the

Local, state and European elections in 2024 are about a lot! Let's take action. That's just the beginning. Let's have the uncomfortable conversations, at home at the kitchen table, at school, at the sports club - everywhere.
