The Advisory Board is appointed by the Board of directors and should be available to it as an advisory body. It responds to inquiries from the Board of Directors but also brings in his own ideas and visions. Last but not least, it should also point out foreseeable challenges at an early stage. The advisory board itself has no decision-making authority in the community because it is not democratically elected.
