Kabbalat Shabbat Hanukkah

Hanukkah - the festival of lights - reminds us that light exists even in dark times. We celebrate eight days by lighting one more candle in the evening and giving this light to the world by placing it in the window. And of course we don't miss out on the traditional dishes for this week of celebration, which, when fried in oil, are intended to commemorate the oil miracle in the temple after its rededication.
