About the event
Shacharit is an important prayer in Judaism. It is an expression of gratitude to God for the gifts of the day and a prayer for His guidance and blessings. We sing and dance together and read the Torah.
The prayer consists of several parts, including:
- Birkot Hashahar: A series of blessings thanking God for the gifts of the day.
- Pesukei de-Zimra: A collection of psalms that praise and praise God.
- Shema: The central prayer in Judaism, in which belief in a single God is affirmed.
- Amidah: A series of prayers asking God for mercy and blessings.
- Musaf: An additional prayer prayed on special occasions, such as: E.g. on Shabbat and public holidays.
For her Bat Mitzvah, Malky Weingarten comes to us from Israel and is called to the Torah.
